THE PROCESS
The first step in the estate sale process is that we must visit the home where the sale would take place. We simply need a starting point to get a clear picture of what we are to sell.
We can help make your sale or liquidation as stress free and successful as possible with the utmost sensitivity, honesty and confidentiality.

Set UP
We transform the home into a department store, by beautifully displaying/organizing all items on tables we supply. We also ensure ease of traffic and safety throughout the home. We will caution off any private areas. Security of your estate is our top priority.
We have two main goals: Maximize the proceeds of the sale, and to liquidate as much of the estate as we can!
It’s no secret that every sale is unique, and so must be the process. At the end of the sale, we will take the remaining items to the nearest donation center, leaving the estate broom swept and empty!
